Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded, Top 50 law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for an Insurance Litigation Associate with 1-5 years PQE to join their insurance litigation team in the Birmingham office. This is an on-site position. Your new roleThis Insurance Litigation Associate position will see you handle your own caseload of defendant EL/PL and RTA claims from inception to conclusion. Claims will range in value depending on the work coming in. You will attend court hearings and meet with counsel. Successful applicants will be expected to negotiate settlements and attend mediation when required. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/CILEX. Ideally, you will be 1-5 years PQE, however, this is to be used as a guideline. You must have qualified experience in defendant personal injury litigation, including EL/PL claims.
