Description
The Locum Employment Solicitor will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment matters affecting senior executives, managers, consultants, and professionals.
- Provide strategic legal advice on issues such as settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination.
- Draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, and consultancy agreements.
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors to deliver high-quality legal services.
Profile
The Locum Employment Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor with substantial experience in employment law, particularly in handling senior executive cases.
- Proven track record of managing complex employment disputes and providing strategic legal advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Immediate availability for a 3+ month assignment.
