We're seeking a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a distinguished Midlands-based firm for a 3+ month assignment, starting immediately. This role involves managing complex employment cases for senior executives, offering a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Description

The Locum Employment Solicitor will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment matters affecting senior executives, managers, consultants, and professionals.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on issues such as settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, and consultancy agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors to deliver high-quality legal services.

Profile

The Locum Employment Solicitor should be:

  • A Solicitor with substantial experience in employment law, particularly in handling senior executive cases.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employment disputes and providing strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Immediate availability for a 3+ month assignment.
