We're seeking an experienced Locum In-House Counsel to join a thriving healthcare practice in the Midlands. This role is pivotal in managing commercial contracts, GDPR compliance, procurement, and more. You'll be starting ASAP for a minimum of three months, contributing significantly to the organisation's recent rapid expansion.

Description

The In-House Counsel will:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with new and existing healthcare providers.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all organisational operations.
  • Oversee procurement processes and legal documentation.
  • Provide legal advice on various healthcare-related matters.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the organisation's objectives.

Profile

The In-House Counsel should have:

  • 7+ years PQE.
  • Proven experience in healthcare law and commercial contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a minimum three-months.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
