My client is looking for a Senior Planning Solicitor to join their team. This would be a great opportunity to join a regional firm as a Partner or Senior Associate depending on experience.
My client is well known in the region for offering a full suite of planning offerings to include but not limited to -
- Planning, highway and infrastructure agreements
- Strategic and tactical development, advice and implementation
- Large-scale planning process with a mixture of Residential and Commerical use
- Liaising with local authorities in respect to planning appeals, inquiries, CPO's, enforcements etc
- Renewable energy planning schemes
- Public rights of way and footpaths
- Objecting to and/or defending planning applications
- Audits of environmental impact assessments
- Planning due diligence on acquisitions and sales
- Contentious and non-contentious planning work of all forms
