This firm's established Planning team conduct a broad range of planning related issues in a variety of sectors, including house builders, developers and land promoters with work flows including:

Contentious and non-contentious planning matters

  • Highways matters
  • Compulsory purchase work
  • Drafting and negotiating s.106 agreements
  • Judicial review

About the person

The Planning Solicitor/Associate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with ideally a minimum of 1 year gained in Planning matters.

Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Planning Solicitor/Associate must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for Planning law, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
