As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice on private client matters. Key Responsibilities
- Drafting wills and trusts to meet clients individual needs.
- Advising on estate planning, including tax considerations.
- Administering estates and guiding clients through the probate process.
- Providing practical advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Managing a wide range of private client matters with professionalism and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in private client work and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. Key skills and attributes include:
- A solid understanding of wills, trusts, LPAs, and probate administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and case management abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
