Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the Private Client team in Birmingham. This is an excellent chance for a motivated and ambitious solicitor to manage their own caseload, handling a range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week working from home, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and inheritance tax.
Providing expert advice to clients on a wide range of private client matters.
Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client care and satisfaction.
Working autonomously while liaising with colleagues and other departments when needed.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and regulations.
Assisting with the development and growth of the Private Client department.
The Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
Solid experience in handling wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration matters.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide practical, client-focused legal advice.
Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
