Birmingham City Centre with Hybrid Working

up to £80,000 per annum (negotiable in line with experience)

We are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, well-established law firm, who are seeking a fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join their busy, well-established Family Law team, based in Birmingham city centre. Hybrid working will be accommodated after an initial settling-in period.

The role will involve:

  • Working closely with and deputising for the Head of Family Department
  • Running a private family law caseload including separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, divorce, financial settlements, and injunctive relief
  • Advising clients on the legal aspects of family relationships
  • Assisting and mentoring less experienced members of the team

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fully qualified status with around 6 years'+ PQE
  • A wealth of experience in Private Family Law
  • Experience of running a Private Family law caseload from start to finish

This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). The role will be office based initially, for a settling-in period, after which hybrid working will be accommodated with 2 days per week working from home.
