Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is one of the longest standing law firms in Birmingham. They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Probate Solicitor to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor.
The Role:
- To undertake private client work including wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration
- To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
- Liaising directly with clients
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
- To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:
- Extensive experience within probate and other private client work
- Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham
- Ability to work independently, end to end on all files
- Qualified Solicitor
- Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable
