Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will be:

Managing housing management cases, including possession proceedings, tenancy breaches, debt recovery, anti-social behaviour, and disrepair claims.

Handling a mixture of court work and instructing counsel as necessary.

Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on property-related matters.

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Profile
The Property Litigation Solicitor should be:

A solicitor or legal executive with approximately 2-4 years PQE.

Experienced in housing law and property litigation.

Proficient in attending court and managing litigation processes.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills.
