Real Estate Litigation - Senior Associate   An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor to become part of a highly esteemed law firm with a strong national presence.Based in their Birmingham office, you'll be joining a Top tier Legal 500 firm, known for its excellence and impressive reputation.Real Estate Litigation - Senior Associate – 5 years PQE – Salary up to £95K – BirminghamAs a key member of this dynamic and growing team, you'll handle a broad spectrum of contentious real estate matters. These include service charge disputes, lease renewals, overage disputes, professional negligence, and possession issues. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining exposure to clients across diverse sectors and further honing your expertise in a firm that values excellence and collaboration.The Candidate

  • An experienced solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Good exposure to contentious real estate matters mainly consisting of commercial property.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
