We also support individuals facing potential criminal or professional regulatory sanctions and represent clients at inquests.The Role:

Assist with caseloads while managing your own cases in Health & Safety, Transport Regulatory, and other specialisms.
Collaborate with clients across various sectors, offering advice and representation in investigations, prosecutions, and compliance matters.
Have opportunities to work beyond your core caseload, reflecting the department’s diverse client base and expertise.

About YouEssential:

Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
Strong organisational, time management, and collaborative skills.
Willingness to develop advocacy skills.

Desirable:

Advocacy experience.
Experience or interest in Transport Regulatory matters.
Health and safety or wider regulatory defence experience.
Strong communication and IT skills.
