We are excited to announce a fantastic temporary opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking to utilise their skills and advance their careers in a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions from start to finish.
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including small to medium-sized businesses, high street clients, and high net worth individuals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a caseload from start to finish.
  • Strong technical skills in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, friendly team environment.
