Residential Development Solicitor – Senior Associate | Birmingham | 5+ PQE

A nationally recognised legal and professional services group is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its leading Residential Development team in Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to work on complex land transactions for some of the UK’s biggest housebuilders, with the support of the largest residential development team in the country.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on large-scale residential land acquisitions across England and Wales
  • Drafting and negotiating collaboration and joint venture agreements
  • Handling disposals of serviced land parcels to housing associations and developers
  • Advising on funding arrangements, strategic land options, and urban regeneration projects
  • Working closely with internal specialists in planning, construction and litigation

  • The UK’s largest residential development team, with over 200 specialists
  • Exclusive panel relationships with all of the top 10 housebuilders and 18 of the top 20
  • Leading on landmark developments of up to 6,500 new homes

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ PQE in real estate, with experience in residential or commercial development
  • Strong interest in land acquisition and development
  • Proven track record managing complex transactions and client relationships
  • Ambition to grow and develop into partnership
