You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the residential development market and build a long and fulfilling career.

The team's expertise in residential development covers a wide range of areas, including:

  • land and property acquisitions,
  • overage arrangements,

To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in residential development. While prior experience in this field is preferred, our client is open to considering candidates who demonstrate clear drive and determination. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop on the job, supported by experienced colleagues and careful supervision.
