My client is a national law firm, and they are looking for recruit a Senior Associate to join their Court of Protection team in Birmingham. Salary for the role is £80k DOE. The role will be working alongside the Partner covering all areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work with a primary focus on dealing with property and affairs, high value deputyships, personal injury trusts, as well as managing a small team. You will be joining an established team that is 17 strong with a good mix of experience and seniority. With the more senior solicitors brining their years of industry knowledge and more junior solicitors with fresh perspectives. The size of the team allows a good variety of skills but also allow close communication.Salary is £80,000 DOE + bonus with 1 to 2 days in the office a week. There is also true flexible working, you work the hours in the day that work best for you. There are a host of great benefits such as 25 days AL, your pension contributions are doubled, critical illness cover and many more. The ideal candidate will be 6 years+ PQE with a strong CoP background within property and affairs as well as experience managing junior team members and an interest in business development.
