The Role
This role offers exposure to high-quality work, including:
- Long leasehold residential litigation
- Service charge disputes and leasehold enforcement
- Debt recovery and breach of lease cases
- First-Tier Tribunal (FTT) and County Court proceedings
- Advising clients on lease extensions, major works, and enforcement
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong litigation experience, particularly in defending cases and service charge disputes
- Sound knowledge of leases and enforcement of judgement
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team - this role requires a hands-on approach, including preparing your own bundles
