Are you a dedicated Trade Mark Attorney at finals standard or with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience? Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of trade mark law, including clearance searches, filing strategies, and portfolio management
  • Handling trade mark applications, oppositions, and cancellations
  • Conducting trade mark searches and providing detailed analyses
  • Managing and maintaining client trade mark portfolios
  • Representing clients in proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver integrated IP solutions

Requirements

  • Qualified or near-qualified Trade Mark Attorney (finals standard to 1 year PQE)
  • Strong understanding of trade mark law and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
