- Extensive experience in coaching, consulting, or SME management.
- Experience in running your own business or working in a senior position to support growth
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop practical, actionable plans for clients.
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Google Suite.
