We are currently partnering with an award winning, national rail provider who are recruiting for a Customer Experience Project manager to join their growing Customer Experience team, providing project management support to the delivery of CEX aimed at improving customer experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £58k for the ideal candidate, with a multitude of added benefits such as free rail travel for themselves and family and 2 days working from home.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Initiate, plan, execute and close CEX projects end to end, across the full project management cycle
  • Meeting the KPIs of the project, staying within budget and delivery projects on time
  • Create and maintain external relationships with stakeholders, such as other rail operators & British Transport Police
  • Ensure all Change Management processes are fully documented, supporting risk analysis management
  • Provide project management support and coaching to colleagues in departments who are managing small scale projects

Experience required:

  • Experience working in the transport or logistics background
  • Have experience of working within a unionized environment
  • Previous success of delivering customer experience projects

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Personable and approachable as the role requires a high level of work with external stakeholders
  • Project management qualification, or working towards
  • Ability to engage and advise across all levels of an organisation
