Your new role
I am seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Writer to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of their business processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills and the ability to understand and document complex processes, looking for 2 days a week work for a period of 3 months.Key responsibilities include creating detailed descriptions of business processes and procedures and working with subject-matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.Developing clear and concise documentation for internal and external use, maintaining and updating process documentation as needed.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements and assist in the development of training materials based on process documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to understand and document complex processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy with familiarity with industry-specific terminology and regulations.
Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Visio) and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as technical writing or business analysis experience in process improvement or quality management.
Knowledge of process mapping and workflow tools.
