Job Title: Plant Quality Manager Location: Birmingham Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. Reporting to the Board, you will ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the business. You'll manage a team, address quality issues through root cause analysis, and ensure products meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949).
  • Lead audits and manage the accreditation process.
  • Solve quality-related issues using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Manage and develop the quality team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular quality reports and lead quality review meetings.
  • Monitor performance and implement KPIs to track quality control.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in automotive or mass production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Auditor trained (preferred).
