We are seeking a diligent Continuous Improvement Practitioner to enhance our our clients logistics department. The role involves streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving change within the organisation.

Description

  • Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across the logistics department.
  • Developing robust, data-driven strategies to enhance the quality of service.
  • Working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operation and coordination.
  • Training teams in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on process improvement projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a public sector or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (green/black belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
