Description
- Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across the logistics department.
- Developing robust, data-driven strategies to enhance the quality of service.
- Working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operation and coordination.
- Training teams in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting on process improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a public sector or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (green/black belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
