- Plan and manage daily production schedules, ensuring alignment with machinery availability and efficiency
- Monitor forward forecasts to ensure all products are delivered on time and in full
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to align production with customer requirements
- Plan for promotions, product changes, and new product launches
- Liaise with internal teams, including Maintenance, Prep, and Production, to ensure materials and labour availability
- Troubleshoot production planning challenges, working cross-functionally to find solutions
