- Overseeing credit control and ensuring smooth cash flow processes.
- Managing petty cash and performing daily banking reconciliations.
- Raising invoices and producing financial reconciliations.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with various ad-hoc tasks.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in credit control and accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of petty cash management and general finance tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance (AAT, ACCA, or similar).
- Experience in the legal sector is an advantage but not essential.
