An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administration Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. You will be working within a friendly team supporting the conveyancing department with general day to day administration support.

This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

You will be required to have administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in enabling solicitors to operate efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling comprehensive legal bundles.
  • Preparing correspondence using the case management system.
  • Engaging with clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Managing filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Drafting contracts with precision.
  • Administering legal searches on properties.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support the team.
