Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next challenge? Join our client's growing legal firm in the heart of Birmingham as a Legal Secretary - Team Lead, and play a pivotal role in shaping their team while contributing to a wide variety of legal and administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional to step into a supervisory position. The role is office-based, offering either full-time hours or a flexible 4-day working week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Audio typing and document preparation.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Preparing and formatting legal documentation.
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the legal team across a variety of departments.
  • Supporting team members and overseeing work-flows to ensure deadlines are met.


About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (team leadership experience is a plus).
  • Strong typing skills, including audio typing essential.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems.

The role is paying up to 30,000 dependant on experience.
