Role: Private Client Secretary
Prior experience: 12 months in a Secretarial Role.
Salary: 21,000 - 26,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with an experienced Legal Secretary with at least 12 months experience ideally in a Private Client department, but 24 months in other disciplines are welcome, so long you have been working in a Law firm.
Our client is a leading Midlands Legal 500 firm with exceptional work quality and the ability to offer long term progression to a Paralegal role but no current scope for onward progression to a Training Contract or SQE assistance.
Day to day duties:
* Provide full secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management, document preparation, and client liaison.
* Dictation typing and preparing correspondence, documents, and forms.
* Assist in the administration of wills, probate, and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal processes.
* Manage correspondence, filing, and maintaining client records.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients and external parties.
Must haves:
* Dictaphone / Audio typing experience
* 1 year of experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts Administration
* Secretarial Background
* Can work on-site all 5 days.
