In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team of fee earners, assisting in matters such as wills and probate, trusts administration, and other private client work. You will be joining a collaborative team of 10, led by our Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management, document preparation, and client liaison.
  • Type and prepare correspondence, legal documents, and forms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assist with the administration of wills, probate, and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Manage client records, filing systems, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients and external parties in a professional manner.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of document preparation and filing.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client department.
