I am seeking a proactive and self-motivated Private Client Legal Secretary to support my client Birmingham City, on a temporary basis.If you're looking to be part of a supportive, ambitious, and award-winning law firm, I want to hear from you!The Role:
  • Provide secretarial support to the Private Client department
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings & travel
  • Open client files & maintain electronic filing systems
  • Handle calls, invoices, expenses & client billing
  • Draft correspondence & prepare legal documents
  • Organize events, conferences & external meetings
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues & clients
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Private Client experience in a legal secretarial role
  • Fast & accurate typing skills (audio/copy)
  • Proficient in case management systems, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Skilled in document formatting, version control & digital dictation
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask & work under pressure
  • A team player with great attention to detail
