Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a prestigious UK law firm in Birmingham that is seeking a temporary Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their commercial team - with the potential to become permanent!

The Role:

Supporting a busy team of lawyers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide secretarial support to a team of consultancy lawyers, covering a wide range of commercial practice areas, including family and private client.
  • Audio and copy typing, along with document formatting.
  • Assist in administering the case management system, including file opening, raising e-chits, document management, and archiving.
  • Support with client and consultant lawyer invoicing.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing bundles.

? Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrator? Strong organisation and communication skills? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems? Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment? A proactive and adaptable approach
