Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded, global insurance law firm who are currently recruiting a Casualty Fraud Supervisor. This role is suitable for those with strong EL/PL litigation experience, ideally from a defendant's background. This is primarily a remote working role, with the expectation of office visits once a month. Your new roleThis Casualty Fraud Supervisor position will see you responsible for your own caseload of casualty fraud files. The value of files will vary dependent on department needs and previous experience. You will also be responsible for the supervision of several paralegals within the team. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer. Those qualified through experience are also encouraged to apply. Previous EL/PL experience is essential, preferably from a defendant perspective. Casualty Fraud experience is extremely beneficial.
