Our client located in the Birmingham area are looking for a Conveyancing Associate or a Conveyancing Paralegal due to continued business growth!

  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:00pm

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting on conveyancing caseloads, which predominantly relate to Trusts.
  • Utilising the in-house case management software to submit and track caseloads.
  • Assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar
  • Submitting cases to the Land Registry.
  • You will also be answering calls, email, and postal correspondence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team
  • Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others
