A purpose-led, Law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a Court of Protection Caseworker on a Full Time, Permanent basis. If you have previous experience in a Court of Protection role previously, good financial knowledge and a compassionate approach, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days in office and a salary of up to 28k!

You will enjoy a role with a lot of variety, you will be predominantly be responsible for managing the finances for those who are unable to manage these for themselves. Your role may include tasks such as setting and maintaining budgets, organising contractors, organising therapists and care staff, paying bills, responding to emergencies and preparing reports.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of managing budgets as well as knowledge regarding property sales and an understanding of investments. Experience of working in a court of protection role would be beneficial for this role but isn’t essential, you will be an empathetic, caring individual who has excellent organisational skills.
