My client is a top 100 UK Law firm, and they are looking to bring in an Associate to join their Housing Management team in their new office in Birmingham.    With the help of Paralegals you will be managing your own complex caseload of property litigation files including possession claims, injunction claims, cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, breach of tenancy claims to name a few. You will also assist other senior solicitors and partners with their complex files.  Salary will be DOE but to give you an idea NQ solicitors join the team on £52,000 and senior solicitors are on £70,000 DOE plus a generous bonus scheme. Flexible and hybrid working is also offered with 2 days in the office and 3 at home.
