ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Senior Legal Project Manager on class action matters.

  • Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines.

  • Track progress, manage deadlines, and report on financials.

  • Liaise with internal business services and external providers.

  • Maintain documentation and drive best practices in legal project management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Law firm or professional services experience.

  • Project management and financial reporting skills.

  • Proficient in tools such as 3E, PowerBI, HighQ, MS Project, and Excel.

  • Strong understanding of legal operations and metrics.
