Katie Bard are working with multiple law firms in Birmingham and Solihull who are both seeking an experienced, client facing and multifaceted Personal Injury Paralegal to join them on a full time, permanent basis (mainly office based). Working with a close know team you will be responsible for supporting senior lawyers with fee earning work. Candidates must have prior Paralegal experience within Personal Injury and those without PI experience will not be considered. This is a unique chance for someone with a background within Personal Injury keen to work within a family feel firm that has work life balance at the heart of its culture. This is a true end to end Paralegal role which will involve time recording, building relationships with clients and leading them through the litigation process.

The successful candidate must have Personal Injury Litigation experience of running cases through the claims portal, speaking to clients via email and phone alongside producing schedule of loss statements, witness statements and other fee earning and administrative work.

You will have an Eagerness to take responsibility, friendly and approachable, able to build relationships at all levels alongside a collaborative approach to work and a track record of getting results by working to deadlines and targets.

This role is fully office based for the first 6 months until the completion of your probation and then it will move to a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home though flexibility is important especially around induction times.
