Personal Injury Paralegal

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a regional law firm based in Birmingham. They are looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their PI and Clinical Negligence team.
Duties and responsibilities for a Personal Injury Paralegal include (but are not limited to):
- Manage own caseload of small claims
- Provide assistance to senior members of the team on complex cases
- Run claims through IOC portal
- Producing schedule of loss statements
- Assessing and redacting bank statements
The ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal
- Minimum 1 year of experience within personal injury
- Experience dealing with the IOC portal
- Knowledge of the litigation process
- Strong IT skills and driven to learn/develop further
