My client, due to continued growth, is currently looking to recruit a personal injury paralegal to join their team in Birmingham. The team has experienced strong, continued growth and are bringing in high quality and often high value files. You will be coming in to run your own caseload of fast track and multi track personal injury files. You will be running a varied caseload that will consist of RTA, EL/PL and Clinical Negligence. You will also be assisting senior fee earners with their complex caseload with some files well into the millions of pounds. Some of the cases you will be exposed to include spinal injuries, amputations and brain injuries. Salary for the role is £32,000 DOE. There is also a fantastic benefits package that includes 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional days, 8% pension contributions, 4x life assurance, discounted legal fees and many more.
