Role: Personal Injury (Solicitor/Executive/Paralegal)Location: Birmingham City CentreSalary: DOEWe are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to become part of their Personal Injury Team at our Birmingham City office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of both fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases for claimants, and should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in claimant personal injury law.Applicants must have a background in handling a varied range of cases, including some fast-track and multi-track Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and clinical negligence claims from the initial brief to final resolution. The successful individual will not only build and foster strong client relationships but also demonstrate the ability to deliver understandable solutions to clients, both verbally and in writing.Candidates should demonstrate a proven history of effectively organising their own workload and responsibilities. They must possess the ability to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines and financial objectives, in addition to showcasing outstanding administrative skills.
