Venatu Recruitment Group is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join the Personal Injury Team at our client's Birmingham City office. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases on behalf of claimants, bringing 3 to 5 years of claimant PI experience to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied caseload that includes fast-track and multi-track claims related to Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employer's Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and clinical negligence, from initial instruction through to final resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing understandable solutions and effective communication both in writing and over the phone.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in managing personal workloads and responsibilities, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team on business development initiatives, support marketing efforts, and nurture existing relationships with contacts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong technical knowledge in personal injury law, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant procedures and legislation.
  • Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including complex and high-value claims for claimants.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Proactive with exceptional interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a curious mindset, capable of accurately interpreting instructions.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and precise written communication abilities.
