Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join their Personal Injury team in Birmingham. This position involves managing a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters, representing claimants, and requires between 3 to 5 years of claimant PI experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including fast-track and multi-track RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence cases from instruction to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, solution-focused advice both in writing and over the phone.
  • Take an active role in business development and support marketing efforts to build lasting professional relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Solid technical knowledge and up-to-date familiarity with relevant procedures and laws.
  • Proven experience managing a personal caseload of mixed personal injury matters.
  • Ability to handle complex and high-value claims for claimants.
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • High attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
