Candidate responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication
- Open and manage files - ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Maintain transaction records and update internal databases
- Assist in handling plot sales transactions
- Draft contracts, prepare transfer documents and manage completions
Skills needed
- Plot sales or conveyancing experience is CRUCIAL
- Able to work off own initiative
- High calibre individual
