Our client, a reputable law firm in Birmingham, is seeking a Plot Sales Paralegal to join their Real Estate team. The role involves supporting the team in managing plot sales transactions for developer clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling plot sales transactions, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer documents, and managing completions.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring smooth communication and transaction management.
  • Open and manage files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to buyer enquiries and support post-completion processes (SDLT, registrations, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal databases.
  • Provide general administrative and legal support to the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate or plot sales, ideally in a law firm or property development environment.
