The day-to-day duties for the Plot Sales role will include:* Liaising with Estate agents, developers, buyers' lawyers.* Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract packs. * Requesting redemption figures/ liaising with lenders to release plots from security. * Reporting to clients with contracts to sign. * Dealing with buyers enquiries. * Creating proficient in excel for weekly reports to developers.The ideal candidate will have:* Previously worked in Residential Conveyancing or Plot sales as an assistant or paralegal. * Great attention to detail. * Highly organised.
