Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with a strong background in Private Client matters?

Do you thrive in a dynamic and professional environment? If so, we have an excellent opportunity just outside of Birmingham City Centre for a Private Client Legal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to our Private Client Solicitors to ensure efficient operation
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation using our case management system
  • Assist and communicate with clients both over the phone and in person
  • Manage filing systems, including opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
  • Handle mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Carry out additional duties as required to support the team

Key Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of working within a Private Client department
  • Ability to use initiative, conduct searches, complete ID checks and handle file-related tasks without dictation
  • High levels of speed and accuracy in work
  • Strong telephone manner and confidence in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
  • Highly organised, methodical and adaptable approach to tasks
