A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal. The role is permanent and is based in the Birmingham office.

The successful individual will work in the Post-Exchange team, and our client is looking for a someone with 2-3 years' experience as a Paralegal, with a minimum of 12 months continuous experience in a role that includes property contracts following exchange and through to completion and registration, as well as dealing with matters in volume. Experience in development work, residential conveyancing and plot sales would be most suitable.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (minimum 2:2) or GDL, successful or near completion of the LPC, and excellent IT and organisational skills. Knowledge of Document Management Systems is preferable.

This is a full-time position with about 3 days in the office a week, depending on business needs. Applicants must be able to commute to Birmingham with ease.
