RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCERCENTRAL BIRMINGHAM£40K - £45KA Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Central Birmingham based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic International Law Firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £40K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.An expanding, specialist part exchange department within an established International law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 3 years experience within Residential Conveyancing and will join the firms busy part exchange team. This conveyancing role will involve drafting and sending out conveyancing paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, reviewing and reporting on title and searches, negotiating and exchanging contracts and dealing with completions.
