I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a residential property paralegal (with at least a years' experience in a conveyancing department) to join a top Legal 500 firm in their Birmingham City Centre office.This is a chance to work on a range of matters with some of the most experienced property solicitors in the region who handle caseloads of some of the most complex and high-value residential property transactions.The successful candidate will assist with the administrative lifecycle of conveyancing transactions including:
  • High value sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Lease Extensions
  • New Builds
  • Buy to lets
  • First Registration
